Privacy, in plain language.

When you send an enquiry, Plainrelay stores your name, email, optional company and URL, selected service, message, and the page you came from. These details are used to review and respond to your request.

Contact data

Enquiries are stored in the site’s server-side database, configured for this website. When email notifications are enabled, the submitted details are also sent to the site owner through Resend, our email delivery provider. They are accessible to the site owner through private database access and are not exposed through a public list or API. Please don’t include passwords, keys, or sensitive customer information.

Spam prevention

The form uses a hidden spam field and request limits. Short-lived hashes derived from your IP address and email are used to limit abuse. Raw IP addresses are not saved in the enquiry or analytics tables. Hosting providers may keep their own operational logs.

Basic measurement

The site counts service-page visits, service CTA clicks, and successful contact submissions by day and page. It uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site identifiers. Browser Do Not Track disables visit and click measurement. Successful submissions are counted as operational records.

Your request

To request access, correction, or deletion of an enquiry, use the contact form and include the email address you used. Enquiry data is reviewed and removed when it is no longer needed for the conversation or an agreed engagement.
